All services provided by Remotesquad (“Remotesquad”) may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Remotesquad from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole
discretion. Remotesquad dealer services are for use by cell phone dealers in authorized locations. This service is not made available to individuals looking to flash and unlock their individual phones.  Remotesquad reserves the right to cancel your account at any time and refund the remainder of the balance less any applicable fees.

Billing

It is the responsible party’s responsibility to keep your account in good standing. Remotesquad will not advance any payments and any and all request for this will be ignored. All Remotesquad services are paid for in advance.

Money back guarantee & refund policy

  Flashing software

We offer a 7 day worry free guarantee for all phones flashed via the Remote Squad Dealer Flashing Software. All customers paying “per phone” can flash the same device for up to 7 days from the original flash date for no extra charge. After the initial 7 day grace period, the phone will be charged at the current rate to be flashed again. For customers using the unlimited monthly package, no refunds are issued once the unlimited pin has been applied to your account, and one phone has been flashed through the system. If you are on unlimited flashing, and have not flashed any phones, and it is less than 7 days from your original purchase, remotesquad will refund your payment minus 5%. No refunds are issued because you are unable to operate the system. If you purchase this software to flash your individual phone, then you are in the wrong place. This is a software for cell phone dealers. As a cell phone dealer we expect that you are going to flash many phones. A full refund is not issued because one model is not listed in the software. Request for any refund must be made in writing (via e-mail, fax, or mail) within 30 days of the original payment. Refunds will be prorated for any services used. If a refund is granted, due to no fault of Remotesquad, a 5% service free will be deducted from the payment amount. Refund request will be handled within 72 hours of receipt.

Prepaid Phone Minutes and Plans

Please make sure you know what you are purchasing. This is an intangible item and we will for no reason refund this product. All sales of any prepaid cellular phone plan or minutes, are final.

Account Deactivations

Any account not used for a period of 90 days will be deactivated. A new account will need to be set up to regain services. Remotesquad does not retain information from deactivated accounts.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Remotesquad shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Remotesquad servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
Furthermore, Remotesquad shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any files on phones when flashing them. Remotesquad flashing software does not affect the hardware of any phone it is used on. If a phone is corrupted during the flashing process, the client has the option to mail the phone to Remotesquad for repair. If the phone is deemed unrepairable the client will be paid in services for the depreciated value of the phone.

Violations

Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to brian@remotesquad.com. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Disclaimer

Remotesquad cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their portal was functioning. Certain services provided by Remotesquad are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by Remotesquad are not directly owned or written by Remotesquad. Moreover, Remotesquad holds no responsibility for the use of our clients’ accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as Remotesquad sees fit.

Page Plus Activations

We will one time and one time only, send a text to your newly activated number to remind you of the bill payment app. You are not required to use this app, and we will not text the same number more than one time.

Account Activation

By activating your account with Remotesquad, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information.

NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail or phone prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.

Remotesquad has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for this Web site.

Information Automatically Logged

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. We use this information for no other reason.

Order Forms

Our site uses an order form for customers to request services. (256 bit encryption). We collect sensitive information which is used only for our purpose; no third party receives any type of information from us.

Contact information from the order forms is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary.

Billing information that is collected is used to bill the user for services.

Unique identifiers are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user’s identity.

Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site.

We use this data to tailor our visitor’s experience at our site showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use strong SSL encryption to ensure your privacy.

Third Parties

Information collected on this site is strictly for our use, no other outside persons may view your personal information such as billing information, etc.

Known Issues

Metro Pcs

Phones flashed to Metro Pcs must be added to the Metro Pcs database via a metro flash. Remotesquad will not assist nor refund any purchase due to problems that arise, adding the phone to the customer account.  It is the dealer’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate knowledge and ability to add the phone to the customer account.

Page Plus

Some phones on Page Plus do not hold a strong 3G data signal. These phones will still work with 1X. We are correcting this issue.

Andorid 4.0.4

On android 4.0+ devices customers have been reporting repeat issues with picture mail.  Because of this remotesquad will not refund nor assist with mms on android devices running android 4.0 or above. Most devices still do receive and sent mms messages but we will not be held responsible if this does not happen. Please inform your customers before you flash their phone.

iPhone Flashing

Our iPhone flasher flashes the settings correctly to the iPhones. Please be aware that most prepaid carriers do not allow the iphone on their network.  With this in mind the iPhone flasher will work most of the time.  nTellos and Cricket have a near 100% success rate.  Page Plus and other carriers often do not allow the data to work. There is absolutely nothing that we can do about this. This is a carrier restriction. Please be aware of this before you purchase the software.  Talk and text work all the time but once again, there is nothing we can do if data decides not to work. 

Unlocking Cell Phones

Cdma cell phones cannot be unlocked by Remotesquad. Ordering an unlock code for a cdma cell phone will cause your account balance to be deducted and the unlock code will not work. You will not receive credit for any unlock code that was issued for a cdma cell phone. Only Gsm cell phones can be unlocked. When unlocking gsm cell phones, the talk and text features will work on all cell phones. Most carriers will require additional programming to get advanced features such as mms and internet to work. Remotesquad is not responsible for providing this information.
